The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

The Feral Lord V is a prophecy. It is the last part of The Feral Lord prophecy chain.

Objective

You will find Ventarus, a Rhoa, in a Mud Geyser Map which, when killed makes Yriel, the Feral Lord appear, who you have to defeat.

Reward

Yriel, the Feral Lord will drop Yriel's KeyYriel's KeyStack Size: 10Lord of the Wild, of the feral and frenzied,
of the uncivilized, the untamed, the untouched.
