That mod has been renamed as of Effigiesof Effigies
Intrinsic ("of Effigies"). Feel free to create a table and fill the info. Note that info from Archnemesis league may be outdated. Neokowloon (talk) 04:54, 8 June 2022 (UTC)

Added the table and filled the info from the list, using Nemesis modifier as an example.
Next steps would be: figure out if the 3.18.0 Hotfix 2 is already accounted in the posted numbers (probably not) and mention it; account for the later patches; try to find more information about the Monster level restrictions of mods; maybe then format all the terms. Then update the section Rare and Magic Monsters (since some legacy mods still present on monsters, need to state which exactly); then update the Headhunter which will also require some testing with at least Inspired Learning and screenshotting in game.
