Mechanics
This Keystone multiplies the base chance of Extra Content encounters that are able to spawn (e.g. not blocked) by 1.5x. In the case of mechanics with a 8% base chance, this is the same as +4% additional chance to encounter that mechanic. However, it prevents the use of Scarabs, Sacrifice Fragments, Blood-filled VesselBlood-filled VesselCan be used in a personal Map Device alongside a Map to add the monsters stored from a previous Ritual Altar to a Ritual Altar in that Map.s, and other map fragments.
