Lua error in Module:Passive_skill at line 604: No passive skills with the given name found. Stream of Consciousness is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.
Mechanics
This Keystone essentially adds +4% spawn chance to all Extra Content that is possible to be generated (e.g. not blocked). It prevents the use of Scarabs, Sacrifice Fragments,
