Soulthirst is a unique Cloth BeltCloth BeltRequires Level 16(15-25)% increased Stun and Block Recovery.

Modifiers

Soulthirst grants Soul Eater on kill during flask effect. Once a flask effect ends, either by expiring or when life/mana fills to full, the player loses all stacks of Soul Eater. This also occurs if the player uses another flask while Soul Eater is active.
