Powerful Precision is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye. It grants projectiles fired by the player 100% chance to pierce, losing this chance is it travels further. It also grants increased critical strike chance for projectiles to based on arrow pierce chance and causes attack projectiles to return to you after it hits enemies.

Mechanics

Powerful Precision grants 100% chance to pierce for the first 10 distance units of a projectile's travel, after which the pierce chance decreases linearly down to 0% at 120 distance units.[1]
