Drop restrictions

Mutewind Pennant was exclusive to the Warbands league. Warband items drop from Warbands of their corresponding element, independent of league-restrictions. It is currently possible to encounter Warbands through prophecies, by activating a Darkshrine in the Labyrinth, through Unique Strongboxes, as high-tier map bosses or through Zana's map device.

Item acquisition

Mutewind Pennant has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Mutewind warband can be encountered from Mutewind Retreat or Mutewind Base Azurite Mine nodes, or from opening Mutewind Cache Strongbox, and from Iceberg MapIceberg MapMap Level: 76
