There are three types of Maces: Sceptres, One-Handed Maces and Two-Handed Maces. All types deal melee physical damage. Sceptres (One-Handed only) requires Strength and Intelligence and have "Increased Elemental Damage" as implicit mod. One-Handed and Two-Handed Maces require only Strength and have "Increased Stun duration" as implicit mod. Sceptres can spawn both caster mods (spell damage, Cast Speed, etc.) and fighter mods (Accuracy, Strength, Attack Speed, etc.) while Maces can only spawn fighter mods.

Two-Handed Maces, like all Two-Handed weapons, can have maximum of 6 sockets. One-Handed Maces and Sceptres can have maximum of 3 sockets.

The Basic Passives for Maces include:

  • 1 x Mace Critical Multiplier (15%)
  • 2 x Mace Critical Multiplier (15%) and Attack Speed (2%)
  • 9 x Mace Damage (8%)
  • 5 x Mace Damage (4%) and Accuracy (8%)
  • 3 x Mace Damage (4%) and Attack Speed (2%)
  • 4 x Mace Damage and Reduced Enemy Stun Threshold (4%)

The Notable Passives for Maces include:

  • 1 x Smashing Blows (12% Increased Physical Damage and 6% Increased Attack Speed)
  • 1 x Galvanic Hammer (12% Increased Physical Damage and 20% Increased Elemental Damage with Maces)
  • 1 x Skull Cracking (15% Increased Physical Damage and 10% Reduced Enemy Stun Threshold)
  • 2 x Bone Smasher (18% Increased Physical Damage)

For a total of 29 passives granting 195% Increased Physical Damage, 40% Increased Accuracy Rating, 45% Critical Multiplier, 26% Reduced Enemy Stun Threshold, 20% Increased Elemental Damage with Maces and 10% Increased Attack Speed.
