Heart of Darkness is a notable passive skill that grants increased Chaos Damage, Chaos Resistance Penetration.

Location

As of version 3.19.0, the passive skill cluster is located at the top of the tree, aka Witch area. The cluster shares the same connection small passive node with Brand Equity, Prism Weave and Unnatural Calm clusters.

Its modifier effects are residual from what Corruption used to be, since it now only increases the effects of Withered. Heart of Darkness has been silently added to the game, without any note in the patch notes.

Corruption and Heart of Darkness are on the same cluster. Allocate either one on the tree, can allow to allocate the Chaos Mastery, despite the passive tree of the cluster actually forked after the Chaos Damage small node.
