Gifts of the Sacrificed is a unique Vaal Reliquary Strongbox.

It could be added to a map through specific sextant mods Your Maps have a 50% chance to contain Gifts of the Sacrificed per Sacrifice Fragment used.

The boss of this strongbox is Ixtolatl, Artisan of Sacrifice. The skill set of that monster is similar to Mahuatzi, Artisan of Desire, the boss of another unique strongbox, Gifts of the Red Queen.[1][2]

This strongbox can drop Vaal themed items including Incursion-mod rare items.
