Fed Upon is a ground effect-like debuff from The Elder's siphon and super siphon skills. Fed Upon are paired with another debuffs Sprouting Madness and Crystalised Fear respectively in the two skills.

In both skills, Elder will first either slowed the player character or completely freeze them, by applying Sprouting Madness or Crystalised Fear. In both cases, if the player character unable to move away from the Elder, the Elder will cast a fan-shaped ground effect-like area, which the player character will have the Fed Upon status icon and take physical damage over time. Fed Upon can be dealt in Elder siphon scenario by having item such as Kaom's RootsKaom's Roots

Unwavering StanceDon't flinch. It's a waste of good hitting time., which make the player character unaffected by Sprouting Madness, and move away from the area. However, the item cannot negate the effect of Crystalised Fear.

But since Fed Upon deal physical damage over time, the player character can reduce the damage taken by other means.
