3.0.0	Chance to Ignite increased to 10%. Increased Fire Damage increased to 30-40%. Note that important non-divinable changes for this item can be found further down. Now only allows 1 additional Ignite and 65% slower Burn with Ignites. No longer prevents you from dealing extra damage with Critical Strikes, and no longer grants 80% less Burning Damage.
