Defy Pain is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Berserker. It grants the user life and mana leech for attacks, grants attack speed if you were hit recently, and life recovery rate if you took a Savage Hit recently.

The Reflect Damage you take can be modified by Damage Taken modifiers (e.g. Shock) or Reflect Damage reduction (e.g. Risk Awareness)

It no longer grants 2% of attack damage leeched as life and mana if you've killed recently.
