The room has a loot container Thunder Coffer, which contain at least an item that has a Xopec's prefix on it and can be used as a crafting base. The guaranteed item is magic rairty while the additional item(s) are rare. Since this prefix has low level requirement, it is possible for it to appear on low level bases, which can make for an extremely powerful leveling item.
