Chainbreaker is a Timeless JewelTimeless JewelPlace into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket.-only keystone passive skill which grants 3 Rage regeneration per second and makes increases and decreases to Mana regeneration Rate instead apply to Rage, but also makes Hits deplete Rage by 5 no more than once every 0.3 seconds.
