Cast speed is a modifier to base casts per second.

The base cast time is derived from the spell being used. This time can be reduced with Cast Speed modifiers from passives and equipment.

Frenzy charges increase cast speed by 5% per charge.

Passives

There are passive skill nodes that grant increased cast speed or a combination of bonuses including cast speed.

Cast Speed

These passives increase cast speed of all spells by a percentage.
