Ash, Frost and Storm is a notable passive skill that grants increased elemental damage. It also provides additional effect on Ailments on enemies and on you:

  • 20% increased Effect of non-Damaging ailments (Chill, freeze, shock, scorch, brittle, and sap are non-damaging ailments)
  • 20% reduced effect of chill and shock on you
  • 10% chance to freeze, shock and ignite

Location

As of version 3.14.0, the passive skills cluster is located in the central area of the tree (aka Scion area), the cluster is two passives away from Elemental Equilibrium keystone. The cluster shares the same connection small node with Potency of Will cluster and Shaper notable passive.
