Arcing Blows is a notable passive skill that grants increased lightning damage with attack skills, additional lightning resistance penetration with weapons and increased lightning ailment effect.

Location

Arcing Blows shares a cluster with Crackling Speed in the Shadow section. It is preceded by a Lightning Damage passive and a Weapon Lightning Damage passive. The cluster shares an Intelligence node connection with the Arcane Expanse / Intensity cluster and the Alacrity and Physique notables.
