Ancient Orb is a currency item obtained by combining a full stack of Ancient ShardsAncient ShardStack Size: 20A stack of 20 shards becomes an Ancient Orb. (which are dropped by harbingers in the harbinger league). It can be used to reforge an unique item to another of the same item class; this means the base item type can change when the orb is applied, but it stays within the same item class.
