Admonisher is a notable passive skill that grants increased warcries speed and cooldown recovery speed, as well as remove ailment when the player character use a warcry skill.

3.11.0	Due to the removal of some notable passive skills, some existing Anointed amulets may now have new notables on them. Amulets previously anointed with Battle Cry now have Admonisher. Those with Words of Glory now have Natural Authority. (both Battle Cry and Admonisher are warcry related notable)
