The Plaguemaw V is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain.

Objective

Defeat Eber, the Plaguemaw, who can be found in a separate room within one of the following areas:

  • Act 4 - The Crystal Veins
  • Map - Crystal OreCrystal Ore MapMap Level: 70
    Map Tier: 3
    Guild Character: å    As the torch flickers, brilliance
    emerges in boundless variance.    Travel to this Map by using it in a personal Map Device. Maps can only be used once.    [confirmation needed because of 3.16]

Reward

Eber, the Plaguemaw will drop Eber's KeyEber's KeyStack Size: 10Mouth of the Masses, whose greatness spreads by our breath and touch,
