Testudo is a notable passive skill that grants additional chance to block with a shield equipped. It also grants increased block recovery and you gain mana on block.

1.3.0	Block chance has been reduced, replaced, or removed throughout the tree. Additional Chance to Block reduced from 6% to 3%, Increased Shield Defense removed, Increased Block Recovery added, Mana gained on Block added.
0.11.0	Notable passives with non-unique names have been renamed to their own names.
0.10.2	Increased the block on the Shield Mastery passive for the Duelist.
