Demon Stitcher belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods." is sufficient. As this item is still able to obtain from Fateful Meeting

- Just add this https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/lwikdo/psa_delve_mine_does_not_have_the_league_flag/ to doc the unique was not able to be chanced in 3.13, but unsure it is still not able to be chanced after 3.14 change that add a lot of league-specific unique to core drop table.
