Wasting Touch

You have reduced Life and Energy Shield Recovery Rate. This debuff is removed when you stop being Delirious.

Wasting Touch is a timed debuff that caused by monster with Delirium modifier of the same name. It reduced the player character's life and energy shield recovery rate. It can have multiple stack.
