Xesht-Ula, the Open Hand is a Unique enemy related to the Breachlords introduced in version 3.17.0. He does not appear from Breaches normally, and requires the player to take the Call of Xesht-Ula notable on the Atlas Passive Tree to encounter.
Xesht-Ula does not have a Breachstone or Domain; however, he (and his interactible "Hand of Xesht-Ula") can drop Breachstones or Breach Splinters of any type.
Xesht-Ula's role among the Breachlords is unknown.
