Location

Very near to the Scion starting location. Requires 9 passive skill points to connect from it. The cluster also contains a Link Mastery.

Blight anointment to unlock the passive:

3.21.0	The existing Inspiring Bond Notable Passive Skill has been renamed to Potent Connections. It no longer provides 10% reduced mana Cost of Link Skills or causes Your Linked targets to deal 30% increased Damage. Instead, it now provides 25% increased Defences while you have at least four Linked targets, and 10% increased Movement Speed while you have at least two Linked targets. The small Passive Skill prior Potent Connections no longer grants "Link Skills have 10% increased Cast Speed". A new Inspiring Bond cluster has been added to the west of the Scion's starting location.
3.16.0	Inspiring Bond is introduced to the game. Due to the sweeping changes made to the passive tree, existing Anointments that apply to a Notable that has been removed will now apply a different Notable. We've also taken this opportunity to review the Oil combinations required for Notables. Existing items that have Allocates Aligned Spirits anointment now have Allocates Inspiring Bond instead.
