The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

Objective

Kill a rare Ruined Titan. Confirmed spawn location of the monster are:

  • Act 2 - The Old Fields
  • Act 7 - The Ashen Fields
  • Lair MapLair MapMap Level: 70
    Map Tier: 3
    Guild Character: ,    In darkness, the alpha rises. The companionship
    of beasts is fragile indeed.    Travel to this Map by using it in a personal Map Device. Maps can only be used once.     (guest)
