Diluting Touch
Debuff
You are gaining less Flask Charges and your Flasks have reduced Effect. This debuff is removed when you stop being Delirious.
Diluting Touch is a timed debuff caused by monsters with the Delirium modifier of the same name. Players gain fewer flask charges and have reduced flask effect while affected by Diluting Touch.
