Increased elemental damage of what?

The "Wave of Conviction" skill deals has some physical damage, and a few lightning damage. Only that (tiny) lightning damage is increased? Or, tha character's full elemental damage is increased? Dndm 15:22, 10 July 2021 (UTC)
- Also gem mod usually local. But increase/reduce in elemental damage are additive anyway. Neokowloon (talk) 01:00, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
