Anyone can verify chance to Shock mod value can or cannot be obtained from Divine Orb? I think the patch note only refers to Herald of Thunder has 50% increased Buff Effect is not obtainable. Neokowloon (talk) 07:40, 25 May 2021 (UTC)

I think the patch notes are wrong. Since it's the same mod, just with a different range of values, it can be re-rolled with a Divine Orb. The added mod cannot be gained with a Divine Orb though. —Vini (t|c) 08:02, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
