Ice golem
I suspect the mystery ice golem version of "Arctic Golem" is in fact the boss of Restless Rubble node in Frozen Hollow biome. Just i can't verify by desecrate (it is disabled for Delve node monster) and the monster is always rare rarity. The 3D model is different too (File:Frozen Hollow's Restless Rubble boss.jpg) but the monster skill seems matching the datacard Monster:Metadata/Monsters/IceElemental/IceElementalDelveArctic.
