Epidemiology is a notable atlas passive skill.

Location

As of version 3.19.0, it is located in the far left (in middle for the vertical axis) of the skill tree, on the same cluster with Mycelial Swarm notable. However, the two notables are in fact in their own sub branches of the tree and only shared a small node "Blight Encounter Chance"
