Your Maps randomly have between 0 to 80% more Explicit Modifier Effect
Extra Content cannot appear in your Maps
Cannot apply Influence to your Maps
Some corners of the Atlas remain as they once were, untouched by outside influences...

Back to Basics was an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.

Mechanics

This keystone multiplied all modifier effects on maps (including implicit modifiers), but disabled all Extra Content and Shaper, Elder, Conqueror, or Eldritch influence from appearing.

It also prevented players from opening any maps with things that would otherwise force Extra Content to appear, such as scarabs. Any Delirium orbs applied to the map would not take effect.

Back to Basics could also prevent the quest states of the Maven and Eldritch Horrors in the Atlas from advancing by disabling them from affecting a map.[1]
