There are 2,485 (71 Choose 2) combinations of possible modifiers it can roll for the two-aura variant and 57,155 (71 Choose 3) combinations for the three-aura variant.

Drop restrictions

Watcher's Eye can only drop from The Elder in Tier 6 maps or higher. Watcher's Eye can only have a chance at dropping in the regular elder encounter if the Shaper does not die (this does not apply for the Uber Elder encounter).
