Returning Projectiles have 150% increased Speed [1]

Vengeant Cascade is a notable passive skill that increases projectile speed to projectiles that return.

You can only acquire this passive through Anointment (using Oils) on an Amulet or valid Blight Unique item.

Blight anointment to unlock the passive:

3.21.0	Simplified projectile returning - now also returns at the end of its flight path
3.8.0	Introduced to the game.
