Treasures of the Vaal is a divination card that was datamined in version 3.16.0, but was not one of the thirteen cards added in that patch, and was added to the game in any version since[1]. It is speculated that this card drops from the currently delayed return of the Ultimatum league mechanic.

Treasures of the Vaal is drop disabled.

This item was never added to the game. It is not possible to obtain it.
