Treasures of the Vaal is a divination card that was datamined in version 3.16.0. It was not one of the thirteen cards added in that patch, and it has not been added to the game in any subsequent versions.

Lore

The flavour text is a reference to the Vaal city of Utzaal: "The nobles of Utzaal had opened their own waterways and purposely drowned themselves, not as a mercy, but to spite would-be looters. This had been an empire ruled by madmen. They were successful in their spite, for we could not drain the deadly waters. Their treasures would remain lost for all time. The other cities, however, proved a slow and steady source of wealth beyond imagination."
