Tranquility is a notable passive skill that grants increased maximum energy shield and Transfiguration of Soul, which applies increases and reductions to Maximum Energy Shield to also affect Spell Damage at 30% of their value.
It is only available by anointing an item (amulet or Blight-specific unique that has the help text: "This item can be anointed by Cassia") with 1x
