Acquisition

This item can only be obtained by putting together the three Pieces of Directions:

Blunt Arrow Quiver PieceThis item will transform when correctly arranged with other items.
Second Piece of DirectionsSecond Piece of Directions
Blunt Arrow Quiver PieceThis item will transform when correctly arranged with other items.
Third Piece of DirectionsThird Piece of Directions
Blunt Arrow Quiver PieceThis item will transform when correctly arranged with other items.

When the last piece is placed, they will all vanish, and the player will be left with the forged item.

Modifiers

Grants Summon Harbinger of Directions Skill: Summons an immortal Harbinger minion. The minion will cast a random buff on you that grants one or all of the following: 1 additional Projectile, +1 Chain, Pierce 1 additional Target, and Projectiles Fork.
