What is the relation of stunning and projectile count?

What is the relation of stunning and projectile count?
For example, what does "additional 10% chance to stun" mean?
Additional 10% chance to stun per attack?
Or, additional 10% chance to stun per projectile?
For example, if I have 10 projectiles (with the skill Barrage, for example), and 10% chance to stun, then almost all of my attacks will stun? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dndmpdju9kvo4fwpxn5 (talkcontribs) 19:14, 25 September 2020‎ (UTC)

Stun chance is applied each time the target takes damage. Therefore, stun chance is determined based on the amount of damage inflicted by each hit. I don't know what thing in the game gives an "additional 10% chance to stun", but assuming it does exist, that 10% would be added to the stun chance for each hit. —Vini (t|c) 22:47, 26 September 2020 (UTC)

The chance to stun is based off the damage done in a single hit compared to the target's maximum life. The default length of stuns is 350ms. A significantly long stun duration (700+ ms) will also display a swirling circle above the character or monster. --Kordloperdlo (talk) 06:27, 27 September 2020 (UTC)
