Since there is no Megalomaniac with implicit, i think the jewel cannot be obtained from {{il|Arrogance of the Vaal}} (or due to just very low chance to obtain from card ?) , while {{il|The Eye of the Dragon}}, is it grant a jewel that corrupted, or corrupted and has an implicit?
