Drop location
It dropped from a map without nemesis mod (neither Zana, Infused, or normal nemesis map mod) so that it seems it is added to the core drop pool due to 3.14 change. However, since the map has Volatile Flameblood so that i think the map has monster that has randomly generated nemesis monster mod. Could it be tied to monster now?
