Shaper of Desolation

Shaper of Desolation is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that grants a chance to gain the Elemental Conflux buff for 4 seconds on kill, which causes all combined damage types to apply Ignite, Chill, and Shock on hit.
