Season of Ice cluster is located in the top right corner of the passive skill. The whole cluster consists of 3 small passive skills and this notable, as well as Cold Mastery. Players can choose either +6% to Cold Damage over Time Multiplier or 20% increased Effect of Chill as the small passive prior to this notable.
