Resource Reallocation
Notable Passive Skill
Killing non-resident Architects in your Maps has 40% chance to add
an additional Upgrade Tier to the surviving Architect's Room [1]

Resource Reallocation is an atlas passive skill. It increased the chance of adding 2 tiers instead of 1 to that incursion room if killing the non-resident architect of that room (i.e. keep that room's architect which is always on the bottom, killing the non-resident architect which is always on the top. This does not apply to tier 0 room which the two architects are both non-resident.)

an example of resident architect and non-resident architect: Strongbox Chamber's resident architect is Zantipi which is on the bottom. Randomly selected non-resident architect is on the top. In this example is Zalatl.

Note that atlas passive skill tree does not apply to Map from Kirac's atlas mission. It also does not apply to map that is not on atlas, with Vaal Temple MapVaal Temple MapMap Level: 83
Map Tier: 16
Guild Character: >
Area contains 10 additional guarded Vaal VesselsVoices. Visions. Violence.
They will haunt these grounds for all of eternity.
Travel to this Map by using it in a personal Map Device. Maps can only be used once.
and Shaper Guardian Maps are exception.

Version Changes
3.17.0
  • Now applies to whole atlas due to the removal of atlas regions
  • Chance decreased to 40% (from 50%); A 10% is moved to the preceding small passive skill node Incursion Upgrade Chance. The passive skill is now part of a cluster instead of straight line subtree and the preceding small nodes no longer grant Incursion mission chance (Now 3 Incursion Pack Size nodes and aforementioned Incursion Upgrade Chance in that cluster, plus Contested Development) [Undocumented This change was not documented by any official sources. It was discovered through player testing or datamining.]
3.16.0
  • Some Atlas Passives have been removed as a result of the number of Atlas Regions changing, while others have been moved to another Region. Here are the Atlas Passives now found in each Atlas Region:
Glennach Cairns: Scent of Blood, Torn Veil, Per Diemon, Underground Kingdom, Abyssal Army, Lightless Legion, Total Anarchy, Rogue Trader, Time Dilation, Resource Reallocation, Contested Development, Face to Face, Protracted Battle, and High Value Targets.[1]
