Mysticism is a notable passive skill that grants increased spell damage while dual wielding, increased cast speed while dual wielding and increased mana regeneration after using a movement skill.

3.16.0	(Undocumented): Now grants 20% increased Spell Damage while Dual Wielding (up from 16%). No longer grants +4% Chance to Block Attack Damage while Dual Wielding or +4% Chance to Block Spell Damage while Dual Wielding. Instead, it now grants 6% increased Cast Speed while Dual Wielding No longer grants 10% chance to gain a Power Charge when you Block Spell Damage or 10% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge when you Block Attack Damage. Instead, it now grants 40% increased Mana Regeneration if you've used a Movement Skill Recently. Anointment recipe of Dark Arts and Mysticism has been swapped. Existing items that anointed with Dark Arts before version 3.16.0, will also allocates Mysticism after the patch, and vice versa for existing items previously anointed Mysticism.
