It was the exclusive drop of The Enslaver until version 3.5.0. Now it is in the core drop table. Lua error in Module:Item_acquisition at line 423: Item search result unexpectedly has no name.

But in trade site, the variant that drops before version 3.16.0, the default mod value of 20% reduced Reservation Efficiency of Skills will not be shown, while the current droppable variant, the mod value is shown as -20, due to the backend coding of old mana reservation mod (which converted to reservation efficiency mod without stating mana) and new reservation efficiency mod.
