Martyr's Devoted is a humanoid monster / hostile human spawned by unique/rare monster that have the Martyr's Grip Tormented Spirit mod . It is similar to Alira's Martyr, which the monster will approach the player character and then self-explode (aka "kamikaze").
The internal use monster type is "BanditMartyr", same as some variants of Alira's Martyr. However, no lore to indicate Martyr's Devoted is part of the bandits, apart from recycled game code.
It has a few 3D models, such as with hair or bald.
