Leaders

Atziri

The last queen of the Vaal civilization. She was extremely vain and held court in a room lined with mirrors. Atziri wished for eternal youth, inspired by the serial killer Zerphi living 168 years with a young body, and her thaumaturgist Doryani sacrificed countless victims trying to achieve this.

Caspiro Veruso

Son of Tarcus Veruso and second emperor of the Eternal Empire. He was "dismembered by something referred to simply as a dark being" and was avenged by General Alano Phrecia.

Tarcus Veruso

Azmeri settler who founded the Eternal Empire. He attempted to destroy all traces of the Vaal.

Chitus

The emperor during the Purity Rebellion. Chitus worked with the thaumaturgist Malachai to augment soldiers with virtue gems for an army of Gemlings. He was assassinated by Lord Mayor Ondar on the steps of the Sceptre of God.

Sekhema Deshret

Ruler of the Maraketh who agreed to help Voll attack General Hector Titicius's Vastiri Legion. After the defeating the legion she made a rhoa saddle from Titicuius's skin.
