Last Rites is a notable passive skill. It applies a reducing effect to the Life Regeneration rate to cursed enemies.

3.20.0	Last Rites is introduced to the game, located at where Carrion used to be . It now gives "Cursed Enemies you Kill are destroyed" and still provides "Enemies Cursed by you have 50% reduced Life Regeneration Rate". The cluster now has Small Passive Skills granting: Recover 1% of Mana when you Kill a Cursed Enemy, and Recover 1% of Life when you Kill a Cursed Enemy Recover 2% of Mana when you Kill a Cursed Enemy Recover 2% of Life when you Kill a Cursed Enemy
3.16.0	Carrion is introduced to the game. Due to the sweeping changes made to the passive tree, existing Anointments that apply to a Notable that has been removed will now apply a different Notable. We've also taken this opportunity to review the Oil combinations required for Notables. (Undocumented) Items that previously anointed to allocate Cursed Concoction, would allocate Carrion passive skill instead.
